1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JBizNet, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its services.

2. About JBizNet

JBizNet is a community advertising platform where members can create profiles, list their businesses, and connect with others. Listings appear on the site after review and approval by an administrator.

3. Registration and Account Approval

  • Anyone may register and create an account to submit listings, ads, or profiles.
  • Each submission is reviewed by Michelle Shapiro or an authorized administrator before publication.
  • JBizNet may accept, edit, or reject any listing at its sole discretion.
  • Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering or posting.

4. Advertising Plans and Fees

  • Standard Plan: $5 per month
  • Annual Plan: $50 per year
  • Healthcare Plan: $80 per year for medical and healthcare business owners

Fees are nonrefundable once a listing is approved and active. Payments may be processed online or through an authorized JBizNet representative.

5. Content Rules and Moderation

You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, infringing, illegal, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence, hate, or spam. All listings are subject to review. JBizNet may remove, edit, or suspend any content at any time without prior notice.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

JBizNet is a digital advertising platform. The site does not guarantee the success, accuracy, or outcome of any listing, advertisement, or business interaction. Use of the website is at your own risk. JBizNet, its owners, and administrators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that arise from use of the platform.

7. Privacy and Communications

Personal information is used for communication, listing verification, and administration. By registering, you consent to receive messages about your account or listings.

8. Termination
